Job Description :

•Strategize and oversee external service provision and support services.

•Develop strategies for managing service providers effectively.

•Analyze service provider performance to identify trends and address issues.

•Ensure that IT projects align with business objectives through effective external provider management.

•Manage maintenance schedules and service quality, optimizing service levels.

•Proficiency in using service operations and performance analysis tools.

Experience: 13 – 17 Years

Location: Bangalore
