🌟 Purpose of the Role
ManpowerGroup is undergoing a major transformation to strengthen its global technology infrastructure across 60+ countries with revenues exceeding $20 billion. This role will be pivotal in:
✅ Establishing a Global Public Cloud Engineering Team
✅ Leading cloud migration for infrastructure across multiple regions
✅ Building & managing a core internal team and an outsourced migration team
✅ Enhancing cloud security, monitoring, and integration
✅ Defining and enforcing engineering and architectural standards
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Making an Impact
Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in cloud engineering (Azure, AWS, and others)
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions
Develop cloud design patterns and maintain a library of best practices
Lead end-to-end cloud infrastructure engineering, including networking, provisioning, and management
Define high-availability & disaster recovery solutions for cloud environments
Provide technical governance for cloud deployment and operations
🔹 Solution Engineering & Leadership
Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to complex development tasks
Support bulk application migrations into the cloud
Oversee engineering delivery for multiple cloud projects
Manage vendor relationships & outsourced teams for cloud migration
Ensure strict compliance with security and risk management policies
🔹 Governance & Strategy
Develop and implement a cloud strategy roadmap
Align with Enterprise Architecture and Business Leaders on cloud transformation
Establish cloud security frameworks in collaboration with the Information Security team
Define technology governance policies to standardize cloud engineering practices

📌 Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
✔ 10-15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, focusing on Cloud Engineering (Azure expertise preferred)
✔ 5-7+ years of experience in public cloud solutions at a regional/global level
✔ Strong leadership experience managing both internal and outsourced teams
✔ Expertise in cloud infrastructure architecture, integration, and data migration
✔ Experience with automation, DevOps, and hybrid cloud models (IaaS & PaaS)
✔ Ability to influence and communicate effectively across technical & business teams
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Master’s degree (MBA, MIS, Engineering) is a plus
⭐ Experience in large-scale cloud transformation programs
⭐ Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and cloud governance
