Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in automating our development and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline our operations and improve the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle.
Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Implement and maintain configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and security through continuous monitoring and improvement.
Maintain and enhance infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Develop and enforce best practices for DevOps processes and tools.
Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary measures to safeguard our systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
